The restaurant was beautiful, spacious, well lit, and clean. The select your ingredients for main course was fun. Variety of sushi, desserts, and appetizers was amazing. The food was delicious. The Mai Tai was average. I've had better. The service was lacking. A team of mimes would have been more vocal than this staff. Our waiter sat us, briefly explained what to do, and that was the last interaction we had with him. He didn't ask how everything was, did we need anything, nothing. Even when we asked for the check, he said not a word. It seemed every employee was forbidden to speak to the guests. It was very off-putting. To make the experience more uncomfortable, we were seated such that I was facing the front and throughout the entire meal our server and the matron lady stood a few feet away looking in this direction. It felt very intrusive to be dining and looking at them looking at me the entire time. It created an atmosphere of discomfort. The final note as we were leaving without the customary thank you have a nice evening please come again, ...nothing. I did notice the matron lady walk to our table and open the server book to obviously see what we had left as a tip.

My first time going here and it was a nice experience. You get to make one hibachi bowl where you choose your carb option (rice, udon, etc) and then fill a bowl with your toppings which includes steak, chicken, squid, veggies, tofu, etc, and then drop it off for them to cook it. You can also add some spices like garlic powder and lemon pepper, but wish they had some sauce options too. Honestly the hibachi bowl option was just ok for me (and no refills for the bowls), the real highlight was the unlimited buffet. They had a lot of options and all looked good. Everything from sushi, pickled radish, fried chicken, crab rangoon, kimchi, icecream, fruits, and much more, all very nicely presented. I would just go for the buffet alone and skip the hibachi bowl.

The service was top notch! We were greeted in a friendly way, asked where we would like to sit, and drinks were brought promptly. No one explained what the protocol was but Iβd been to a different Tokyo Grill and figured it was the same: fill bowl with food for the grill and get buffet food while waiting. Grilled food was superb. The buffet had a huge selection of fun foods to try. I loved the fried banana and the chicken gyoza. The sushi rice was dried out on some of the rolls and lacking sushi flavor (as Japanese people we know good sushi rice) but the variety of sushi made up for that. It was my motherβs birthday and the servers brought a fun sparkly hat and neon letter board and played Happy Birthday on the speakers for her along with a heart-shaped dessert with a candle. It was very nice of them and I didnβt even ask for it, simply mentioned it was her birthday. Thank you for making her day even more special.

This is the best asian buffet there is, dont ever go to a Chinese buffet again. This place has great sushi which is unexpected for a buffet, excellent hibachi, a selection a fried appetizers and the best green beans around. Desert is decent for a buffet as well. And the price cannot be beat, its hard to justify spending money on fast food or fast casual when you can get all you can eat healthy asian cuisine for such a great price. My only complaint is the hot tea leaves much to be desired.

Wow! This place was amazing and really affordable for what you get. The food is amazing and so much to choose from. The sushi bar had so many options. I loved the dragon rolls and the shrimp tempura rolls. The Hibachi was awesome, you choose your starch and then load it with veggies and the meat you want. It was amazing! They also have a ton of sides that you can get. It was so good. Then, you get to hit up the desert bar. Oh my goodness, I had to put the fork down, holy moly i ate way too much. It was amazing, go check it out!
